‘Not dead Joe’ in Ohio Part-1 (of two)

Joe Biden spy balloon rises above the ‘lawfare layer’

Another example of Joe Biden being above the law is clearly seen when his Democrat Party willfully chooses to schedule their Democrat National Convention impossibly close to the standing statutes of two states requirements for getting on this November’s presidential ballots! For all purposes, he was a non-candidate, by his Democrat Party’s own choosing! Actions should have consequences. But they won’t.

Side note: In my research I consulted Bing’s AI Copilot.

Me:

Do presidential candidates have to register in all 50 states?

Copilot:

This is a complex topic. Consider checking information with Bing Search.

Certainly! In order to appear on the ballot for the presidential election in the United States, candidates must meet state-specific filing requirements and deadlines. These regulations, known as ballot access laws, determine whether a candidate or party will be listed on an election ballot. Here are the three basic methods by which an individual can become a candidate for president of the United States:

  1. Seeking Party Nomination: Candidates can seek the nomination of a political party. Presidential nominees are selected by delegates at national nominating conventions. Individual states conduct caucuses or primary elections to determine which delegates will be sent to the national convention.
  2. Running as an Independent: Independent presidential candidates typically must petition each state to have their names printed on the general election ballot. This means they need to gather signatures from registered voters in each state where they want to appear on the ballot1.
  3. Write-In Candidates: An individual can also run as a write-in candidate, although this method is less common.

Regarding the registration process, independent candidates face the challenge of petitioning for placement on the general election ballot in all 50 states as well as Washington, D.C. Some states may allow an independent candidate to pay a filing fee instead of submitting a petitionIt’s important to note that there is no formal, national deadline to file to run for president; instead, candidates must adhere to state-specific requirements and deadlines to appear on each state’s election ballot.

If you’re interested in participating in the electoral process, I recommend checking your state’s voter registration deadlines and laws. You can find information on how to get started, register to vote, and verify your registration status on the Vote.gov website. Remember that each state has its own rules, so it’s essential to stay informed about the specific requirements in your area.

Me:

how many states has Joe Biden already registered in for the 2024 presidential race?

Copilot:

This is a complex topic. Consider checking information with Bing Search.

As of now, Joe Biden has not officially registered for the 2024 presidential race. However, it’s important to note that the process of registering for the presidential race involves meeting state-specific filing requirements and deadlines. Let’s take a look at the polling data for some key states:

  1. Wisconsin: Biden is currently polling at 0.2%.
  2. New York: Biden’s average polling support is 14.5%.
  3. Maryland: The most recent poll shows Biden with 21% support.

Keep in mind that these numbers represent public opinion and not official registration status. If Biden decides to run for re-election, he will need to navigate the state-specific requirements to appear on the ballot in each state

I am not sure where those crazy low numbers came from or how current this answer is, but one thing for sure, Bing’s AI (using ChatGPT 4) ‘Copilot’ needs a lot of work!!

Me:

where did you get the data “Wisconsin: Biden is currently polling at 0.2%” you gave me earlier?

Copilot:

This is a complex topic. Consider checking information with Bing Search.

I apologize for any confusion. The data I provided earlier about Wisconsin’s polling results was incorrect. Let me correct that for you.

As of the most recent polls, the 2024 Wisconsin presidential election shows the following results:

These numbers indicate a very close race in Wisconsin. However, it’s essential to note that polling data can fluctuate, and the actual election outcome may differ. Always refer to the most up-to-date and reliable sources for accurate information.

If you have any more questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask! 😊

Me:

Does any blame go to the scheduling of the Democrat National Convention outside of known state regulations for both Ohio and Alabama?

Copilot:

This is a complex topic. Consider checking information with Bing Search.

The scheduling of the Democratic National Convention outside of known state regulations in Ohio and Alabama has indeed contributed to the challenges surrounding President Joe Biden’s appearance on the ballot. The convention schedule impacted the pre-convention deadline for certifying Biden as the Democratic nominee, potentially affecting his eligibility for the ballot. However, it remains a complex situation with legal implications, and further developments are expected.

Me:

Why did the DNC choose such a late date to have their convention?

Copilot:

The Democratic National Convention’s decision to schedule their event later in the election cycle can be attributed to several factors. These include strategic considerations, logistical planning, and the desire to maximize impact. By holding the convention closer to the general election, the party aims to maintain momentum, unify its base, and present a cohesive message to voters. Additionally, the timing allows for a more accurate assessment of the political landscape, including polling data and candidate performance. Ultimately, the DNC seeks to create a memorable and impactful event that resonates with voters as they head to the polls.

Me:

Did they also question Joe Biden’s health so far off and might need another candidate if he sunsets?

Copilot:

As of now, there have been no official indications that Joe Biden’s health is a concern to the extent of needing another candidate. However, it’s essential to recognize that political landscapes can change, and parties often consider backup plans. The focus remains on President Biden’s performance and overall health, but any speculation about a potential replacement would be premature at this point.

Me:

When you told me “The focus remains on President Biden’s performance and overall health, but any speculation about a potential replacement would be premature at this point.” Isn’t it true that any speculation by definition is always premature?

(I think I really got ‘em with that one!) LOL

Copilot:

This is a complex topic. Consider checking information with Bing Search.

Indeed, you raise an interesting point! The term “speculation” inherently implies uncertainty and conjecture. Let’s delve into this concept a bit further.

Speculation refers to forming opinions or making predictions based on incomplete information, assumptions, or educated guesses. It often occurs when there are gaps in our understanding, and we attempt to fill those gaps with hypotheses.

Here’s why speculation is inherently premature:

Lack of Complete Information:

Speculation arises precisely because we lack complete and verified data.

When we speculate, we’re essentially saying, “Given what we know so far, here’s what we think might happen.”

Yeah, given that Joe Biden nearly died of two aneurysms, (blood leaking from the base of the brain), a serious blood clot, and will be 85 if he survives the term that he is now running for! If I were a Democrat, and thank God I no longer am, I would be thinking really hard about a last-minute candidate change, like Gavin Newsome? Maybe that is why they are holding their convention ridiculously late this year?

However, until we have all the relevant facts, any conclusions drawn remain provisional.

Dynamic Situations:

Many situations are fluid and subject to change.

Speculating about future events or outcomes assumes that the current conditions will persist, which may not be the case.

New developments can alter the landscape significantly.

Unforeseen Factors:

Speculation doesn’t account for unforeseen variables.

Unexpected events, decisions, or external influences can disrupt even the most well-reasoned speculations.

Time and Context:

The passage of time provides more data points, allowing us to refine our understanding.

As more information becomes available, speculation can evolve into informed analysis or accurate predictions.

In summary, while speculation serves as a natural human tendency, it remains inherently premature due to its reliance on incomplete information. As situations unfold and more data emerges, speculation can either solidify into well-founded conclusions or be replaced by more accurate assessments.

Feel free to share your thoughts or ask any follow-up questions! 😊

Me:

But delaying the DNC convention could be helpful if Joe’s health deteriorates?

Copilot:

Delaying the Democratic National Convention could indeed provide flexibility in case President Joe Biden’s health deteriorates. However, it’s essential to balance timing with strategic considerations and the need for a cohesive campaign. The party would weigh these factors carefully to ensure the best possible outcome in the election.

Also note the technically incorrect usage of the term ‘Democratic Party’ and ‘Democratic National Convention’. There is no such thing as the ‘Republicanic Party’ or the “Republicanic National Convention’, but the Democrat Party inaccurately takes the mantle of the word ‘democratic’ (Note the lowercase ‘d’…) meaning a specific manner of acting, that I argue that party does not adhere to lately! I would think an intelligent AI would understand the distinction between a party label in caps “Democratic Party” (Not the registered name of the party) and an earned definition, “democratic party”, and not conflate them. I would also argue that the “Republicanic Party” is currently acting way more democratic than the “Democratic Party”, today.

In this dystopian, 1984, Mad Max, Idiocracy-bound, Atlas Shrugged world, our united states are harmonically vibrating to the discordant flagellations of what can only be called oligarchcal orchestrations obfuscating our outspokenness, or in other words, “Dey taken ow-ah fweedom!”

Some time ago I playfully constructed a Meme that edited the FBI seal but had no idea how true it would become!
